Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Ace Convenience. If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

What’s Eligible:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods

  • Frozen food items

  • Opened consumables

Received the wrong item or something damaged? Let us fix it.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit—no additional cost to you.
